Services

Sunday Mornings at 11am

The Sunday morning gathering is the high point of our week when our church family gathers together to worship God. Services last about an hour, but you can expect to be here a little longer as the congregation chats over coffee at the end of the service. We would love you to join us!

What is the style of the service?

We follow a traditional form of worship which is informal and welcoming. On a typical Sunday you will find our service is led by a member of the congregation, with one of our praise bands leading us in a blend of contemporary and traditional worship songs. Bible teaching is shared by the preaching team and sermons typically last 18 – 20 minutes.

What is there for children during the service?

We have a vibrant children’s ministry, with around 150 children and young people joining us for worship on a typical Sunday. Children normally stay for the first part of the service and then leave for Sunday Club (pre-school and primary aged) and Bible Class (young people in Years 8 – 10). Crèche is available from 10.45 each morning.

Sunday evenings at 7pm

Evening services take place on the second and fourth Sundays of each month.

We usually like to use this time to explore faith together in a different way from our traditional Sunday morning teaching. Last term, our focus was on “Listening to the Global Church”, when a variety of people in our congregation shared what they learned from Christians in other parts of the world.
